Over a Decade of Proven Measurement Experience in the US Market

The measurement data is the result of a technological platform managed by DECELL, which performs big data analysis and inference based on artificial intelligence. DECELL has over a decade of experience in this field and operates similarly in the United States, where it has operated a measurement panel for Geopath and the American Out-of-Home Advertising Association (OAAA) since 2017.

How Does It Work?

The anonymous data is received from a number of sources that meet international standards, and has been reviewed and approved by JCDecaux's international data department.

For the purpose of measurement, a panel of about 1M people was assembled, representing the population of the State of Israel. Based on the information collected, an algorithm is applied that includes various calibration methods, in which not only proximity data is taken into account, but also criteria that contribute to the exposure potential, such as: visibility and directionality.

In addition to the measurement data, the Re:View system presents a socio-demographic breakdown of the audiences such as gender, age, city of residence, while maintaining consumer privacy and complying with strict international standards (GDPR, CCPA). In the future, it is expected that additional information will be presented, such as: exposure times, sectors, lifestyle, and more.
